Refund and Returns Policy

Please see below our policies on returns, damages, lost items, and refunds. We want every unboxing experience to be a beautiful one, so please reach out to suzannehamouiart@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns with your order.

Returns​

At this time, we only offer free returns for customers who receive an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival and notify us of any errors within 3 days from the delivery date.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to request a return, please email us at suzannehamouiart@gmail.com first before sending back your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Item with obvious signs of use 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Original artwork and canvas prints are final sale. However, I encourage you to reach out to me before making a purchase. I am more than happy to provide additional pictures, videos, or any other relevant information to help you make an informed decision and ensure that the painting is the right fit for you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.​

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at suzannehamouiart@gmail.com.

Damages​

All items are carefully inspected and packaged with care to ensure your artwork is protected, but we cannot control the handling process of the shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    1. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

    2. Save all packaging materials and the damaged item.

    3. Take photos of any visible damage to the package before opening, and of the item itself.

We appreciate your understanding!

Please ensure that your artwork is stored in a safe location, away from water, liquids, fire, and other hazards. We recommend framing paper prints behind glass to protect them from humidity
