Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping paper (original and prints) and canvas prints:
Hand Packed and Shipped by the artist with white glove care.
Shipped rolled in a tube with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing its origin and uniqueness.

Shipping canvas:
Original painting.
Free worldwide shipping is available for rolled canvas
The shipping of stretched canvas (original or prints) is calculated individually according to the country the painting is sent to.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Delivery time:
Orders are usually processed within the week following the purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the time of year. Here is an estimate of the delivery times:
• Canada: 2 to 10 business days
• USA: 7 to 14 business days*
• International: 10 to 30 business days*
*Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
• Shipping costs are estimated and displayed at checkout.
• Final shipping charges are calculated once we receive your order and shipping address.
• If the final cost is higher than the estimate, you’ll receive a separate invoice for the difference.
• If the final cost is lower than the estimate, we’ll refund the difference.
International Customers:
Please be aware that additional customs taxes may be charged by your government before receiving the package from the courier. The amount of customs tax varies depending on your location. I recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before making a purchase or ordering my work.

Undelivered Orders
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not found (e.g. theft or misdelivery).

If an order is returned or requires reshipment, you’ll be billed for the additional shipping charges.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Customs in your country may request additional information or documents before releasing your package. Customs will contact you directly by email or phone if any information is required. Please note that it is your responsibility to respond to their requests and provide the necessary documents. If you do not respond or provide the requested documents, and the package is returned to the sender, all costs related to the initial delivery, as well as return fees, will be your responsibility.

Abnormal shipping cost:
In the event that the shipping fees are higher than usual, significantly exceeding the amount paid by the customer, the artist reserves the right to cancel the order.
